Brighton Multifamily Tops Out
Boston Property Contractors have officially topped out the upcoming multifamily building at 105 Washington Street in Brighton. The project, designed by Rode Architects, will feature 70 apartments within walking distance of the MBTA B Line. Construction is expected to wrap up in the 3rd quarter of 2023. Taylor Harrington, President of Boston Property Contractors told BLDUP, “The project team at BPC has done a tremendous job delivering this Post Tension Primary structure ahead of schedule. We look forward to bringing a luxury rental product to the residents of Brighton later this year.”
