Bulley & Andrews Nears Completion of 1023 W Irving Park Project
Bully & Andrews nears completion of the 1023 W Irving Park project. This project has been years in the making. The property was originally built to be a four-unit luxury apartment building; however, after sitting vacant for two years and following a lawsuit leading to the never-lived apartment building demolished. The all-new state-of-the-art Howard Brown Health Medical Facility is slated to be finished in Fall 2021.
