Charter High School Proposed in Roslindale
Uncommon Schools and Upton + Partners have proposed a new, nearly 50,000 square foot high school along Belgrade Avenue in Roslindale. The new Roxbury Charter Prep High School would replace an existing commercial structure on the site. The project will feature a 3 story classroom wing, cafeteria, gym, admin offices, and two rooftop courtyards. The project is currently under review and the development team hopes to have the building complete for the 2020 school year.
