Chelsea Office Building Scooped Up for $170M
A 12-story commercial building at 218 West 18th Street in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood has just been sold for $170 million. A sale between two industry titans, the structure was purchased by Meadow Partners from Columbia Property Trust. Built in 1912, the building contains 77 commercial units, including square feet of office space.
The foot tall building has a total square footage of . In addition to office space, it has around 27,900 square feet for other commercial uses. Columbia is parting ways with the property after just over 4 years of ownership.
