Chevron Partners Unveils The Wesleyan on Copley
The Chevron Partners team has announced their latest boutique mixed-use asset: The Wesleyan on Copley. Situated directly across from Copley Square, the building will boast a new retail facade and office entry, a Parisian-style lobby, seven full-floor office suites, and 4,000 square feet of amenity space. Retail leasing of the property will be handled by Boston Realty Advisors with office leasing through Newmark. The building is expected to deliver in 2025.
