City of Gaithersburg Closes on Old Towne Office for $7M
The City of Gaithersburg has acquired the property at 8 & 12 South Summit Avenue for $7,000,000. The property includes the vacant parcel at 8 S. Summit Ave. and the office building at 12 S. Summit Ave. The city expects to move various public-facing services, currently spread throughout various facilities, to this location in the coming years.
