Condo Project Proposed in West Roxbury
Stefco Builders has proposed a new condo project to replace the existing single-family home at 90 Allendale Street in West Roxbury. Four townhomes, each featuring 2 condos will be constructed across 4 phases, for a total of 8 units. Every condo will be two and a half stories and contain 3 bedrooms. The buildings are designed to mimic the neighboring single-family residences in mass while having articulated roof lines to accent the natural setting among the existing woodland setting.
