Construction Continues on New Australian Embassy
Work continues on the new Australian Embassy along Massachusetts Avenue with crews working overnight to install the rooftop skylight structure on the site. The new 213,600-square-foot embassy will enable the Australian government to advance its political, security, defense, development, trade, investment, and business relationships with the United States. The project is currently scheduled to complete in early 2023.
