Construction Making Progress at Ascent St. Petersburg
Construction crews have made substantial progress at Ascent St. Petersburg. The exterior of the upper floors is complete. The tallest rental high rise in downtown St. Petersburg, when completed, it will hold 354 apartment units, a 172-key AC by Marriot hotel, and 6,800 square feet of retail space. Ground was broken in December 2020, and it topped out in April 2022. Completion is expected for May of 2023
