Construction Reaches Milestone on Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences in Miami
Construction crews have completed the soil mix (walls and bottom plug), the record 190-foot deep Augercast/CFA piles and celebrated reaching the bottom of the excavation at Tower area. Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences, which will be Miami's first supertall skyscraper. Rising 100 floors with an attached 10-story parking structure, the project is planned to include 375 condominiums and a 205-room hotel along with13,244 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 6,171 square feet of office space.
