Construction Underway on South Boston Innovation Campus, Renamed "2 Harbor"
Construction has officially begun on the South Boston Innovation Campus in the Seaport. Additionally, has released renderings for the lab fitout, renamed "2 Harbor".
Plans call for the construction of a 10-story, 381,000 square foot building featuring laboratory, research and development, office, and supporting uses. The project will include one level of below-grade parking and a signature public plaza at the intersection of Northern Avenue and the Massport Haul Road.
