Conversion of Former KMart at Assembly Row to Office/Retail Space Under Review
Federal Realty has filed plans with the city of Somerville to convert the former KMart space located at 133 Middlesex Avenue into an office use or a mix of office, retail, and restaurant space. The square footage of the building would remain the same but modifications would be made to the building façade with improvements to pedestrian access from the existing parking lot.
