Demo Permit Pulled for Georgetown Hotel Development Site
A permit has been pulled for additional demo at 3000 M St. NW in Georgetown. The work will include the structural demolition of the above-grade frame and walls of the existing partially demolished building. In January, Thor Equities won approval for a new, roughly 100-room hotel on the site.
