Demo Permits Filed for Elm St. Site in Watertown
Applications for demo permits have been filed for the 23 Elm Street Site in Watertown. This property is currently comprised of three retail, office, and warehouse buildings (totaling 20,600 square feet). This past November, The Triad Group submitted plans for a 78,000 square foot life science project on the site. These plans are still under review with the Watertown Zoning Board.
