Demo Underway for Redevelopment of Notre Dame Ed Center in South Boston
Demo has kicked off of the Notre Dame de Namur Center along Old Colony Ave in South Boston. The new six-story development will feature 49 units on the upper floors, 17% of which will be designated affordable. Additionally, 9,500 square feet of first-floor space will be donated back to the adult education nonprofit.
