Demolition Completes on Madison + Carpenter Site
Demolition wraps on the previous four-story low rise commercial building at 6 North Carpenter Street. This site will be the new home to a six-story mixed-use property with luxury condominiums on the upper floors. The Luxury condominiums range from 1.7-3.5 million dollars, with the development will also having extensive amenities for residents to use, and each unit receives two onsite parking spaces.
Permits haven't been pulled to start construction but are expected to be pulled soon.
