Design Unveiled for 29-Story Condo Tower in Brooklyn
A new set of renderings has been released for 23 Hanover Place, a 29-story residential tower project, set for Downtown Brooklyn.
Developed by , it will contain luxury condo units as well as square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. is responsible for designing the futuristic looking structure, which will ultimately stand feet tall and total square feet.
With the project site totaling just square feet, the tower's footprint will be quite compact for its height. An existing 3-story commercial building is in the process of being demolished in order to make way for the new development.
