Developer Closes on Brickell Site for $58M
Property Markets Group and Sentral have acquired a 1.15-acre development site at 120 SW 8th St in Brickell where they plan to build 2 towers rising 46- and 31-stories.
120 Southwest 8th Street will include two towers rising 46- and 31-stories. The towers will comprise 570 and 233 units, respectively, and include 15,791 square feet of retail and 832 parking spaces. There will be an 11-story garage and pool decks on the 13th and 31st floors.
