Developer Closes on Land for Development in Encore District
Tampa developer Aureate has acquired the land that will be the site of Muse, a new mixed-use development in Tampa’s Encore District that will bring 213 residential units. Aureate purchased the land for $8.2 million from the Housing Authority of the City of Tampa. The developer took out a mortgage for $4.12 million according to Hillsborough County records. The 19-story Muse will include micro condo units available at approachable prices. Located in the Encore District, Muse is within walking distance of downtown Tampa, Water Street, Gas Worx and a short car ride from the Riverwalk and Armature Works.
