Developer Files Plans with Miami's UDRB for 24-Story Mixed-Use Project
Developers are seeking approval to build a 24-story mixed-use tower at 296 Southwest 7th Street in Miami, Fl. Plans include 240 residential units with micro - two-bedroom units and will also feature 45,489 square feet of ground-floor and second-floor commercial space. The 8th floor will offer a pool deck with 3,215 square feet of indoor amenity space as well as an additional 2,040 square feet of rooftop amenity space. The structure is also expected to rise 257 feet high offering 406,325 square feet of new construction.
