Developer Given Green Light For $300M North Bay Village Mixed-Use Project
Recently Jesta Group was granted the approval by city officials to build their planned 30-story mixed-use project at 1819 and 1855 79th Street Causeway in North Bay Village, Fl. In 2016, Jesta acquired the 2.31 acre site for $15 million.
The developers plan for the $300M project is to include 345 rental units,18 will be workforce housing, a 273-room hotel, 14,500 square feet of restaurant space and over 600 parking spots. The team is now working on financing for the project and then hopes to start construction within a year with project completion scheduled for 2026.
