Developer Lands $26.5M Loan for Harlem Apartment Project
Developer, , has just secured a $26.5 million loan for an 8-story, mixed-use project, set to rise at 2460 Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Manhattan's Harlem neighborhood. Issued by Webster Bank, this influx of capital will be used to fund all construction costs from the ground up.
The building is set to contain rental apartments, offered in one and two-bedroom configurations. Plans also call for ground-floor retail space, a cellar, a sub-cellar, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is expected to get underway soon.
