Developer Lands $92M for Flushing Residential Tower
has just secured a $92 million loan for a 17-story, residential tower, set to rise at 138-18 Northern Boulevard in Flushing, Queens. Issued by S3 Capital Partners, this influx of capital will serve both as a refinancing loan and to help fund construction costs.
The building will contain rental apartments. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by HPL Engineering, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is already underway.
