Developer Reveals Plans for New Additions to Water Street in Tampa
Developer Strategic Property Partners has unveiled plans for three new projects that will be added to Tampa’s Water Street. The new deveoopments will include a condominium tower that will be the tallest building in the district, a mixed-use entertainment development and office complex. The entertainment component, located just north of Amalie Arena, will include a hotel and parking garage. The office building will include ground level retail space. The office building and condominium tower will be located along East Cumberland Avenue. In addition, the plans include green space along Water Street that could be utilized for concerts, open-air markets and other activities. Work on the roads and infrastructure is underway and expected to be completed in Spring 2025.
