Developers Break Ground on New Warehouse in Windsor
Developers, Foxfield LLC and Luzern Associates, recently held a groundbreaking ceremony to kick off construction on a new, industrial warehouse project, set to rise at 505 Day Hill Road in Windsor, Connecticut.
Known as the "Day Hill Logistics Center", the square foot building will be configurable in design. It will be built to spec, with the ability to accommodate as many as 4 tenants.
Designed primarily for light logistics and/or light manufacturing operations, the facility will feature 14 loading docks and 2 drive-in doors. The surrounding property will offer 28 trailer parking spaces, employee parking areas, with enough room for cars, and ports for electric vehicle charging.
Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, Day Hill Logistics Center is expected to make its debut in early 2024. Spanning a 20-acre site, which was previously addressed as 415 & 425 Day Hill Road, it will replace two underutilized and recently demolished office buildings.
