Developers Complete Utilities Agreement For Midtown 7
Although a construction permit has yet to be filed, developers are one step closer to reaching the next steps. Recently developers signed a utility agreement for the 389-unit apartment building. The deal made with Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department also includes 27,615 square feet of retail space and 501 parking spaces. The connection charge for water and sewer utilities is estimated at $386,386.23. There’s also an additional Biscayne Basin Sanitary Sewer Special Connection Charge estimated at $234,374.48.
