Earthwork Underway for Montgomery Shopping Center Project
Dirt moving contractor, Petillo Companies, is currently grading the 54-acre site of a major, multi-building shopping center development, soon to be constructed at 1200 Route 206 in Montgomery Township, New Jersey.
Developed by , and known as "Montgomery Promenade", the shopping center will contain square feet of retail space. Whole Foods will be the anchor tenant.
In addition to retail buildings, the northern portion of the property will have 34 residential houses. The development will of course have ample room for parking, with 1,125 spaces in total.
Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, the development will total square feet altogether. Montgomery Promenade is expected to be completed by Q1 of 2025.
