Emerald Creek Capital Acquires Cabotville Mill
New York based, Emerald Creek Capital, has acquired Cabotville Mill in Chicopee for $7.8 million.
The property features a five-story 63,722 square-feet old mill-type wood framed and brick structure built in the 1840's, that was expanded after the Civil War to add the top two floors. At one time it was the largest producer of cotton.
