Facade Installation Begins at 25-01 Queens Plaza North
Brett Steinberg of masonry subcontractor, King Contracting Group NY, recently shared progress photos depicting the start of the facade installation process at 25-01 Queens Plaza North; a nearly topped-out, residential project, going up in Long Island City, Queens.
Approved back in July of 2022 by the NYC Mayor's Office, the project is being developed by .
The building is set to contain rental apartments. Approximately of these will be reserved for affordable housing, with the rest of the units listed at market rate.
In addition to residential units, the ground floor of the structure will offer square feet of retail space.
Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, 25-01 Queens Plaza North will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is expected to finish sometime in early 2025.
