Facade Installation Wrapping Up for Boutique Upper West Side Mixed-Use Project
General contractor, , is finishing up the facade installation process for a 12-story, mixed-use building, going up at 760 Madison Avenue on Manhattan's Upper West Side.
With a majority of the masonry in place, crews are currently installing the remaining windows. Interior finishing is also well underway at this time.
Developed by in collaboration with The Armani Group, the building is set to contain just luxury condo units.
These exclusive residences will sit atop a square foot, flagship boutique, for the Giorgio Armani fashion brand.
Designed by , 760 Madison Avenue stands feet tall, and totals square feet. Construction is estimated to finish by the summer of 2024.
