Facade Work Wrapping Up at 15 West 96th Street
General contractor, , has nearly finished installing facade materials on a 22-story residential tower, going up at 15 West 96th Street on Manhattan's Upper West Side.
Developed by , the tower will contain luxury condo units, offered in one to five-bedroom configurations. Tenant amenities are to include a residential lounge, a fitness center, a children’s playroom, and an area for bicycle storage. Plans also call for 14,341 square feet of community facility space.
Designed by , 15 West 96th Street totals square feet and stands topped out at feet. Construction is expected to wrap up soon, with plans for the building to make its official debut sometime in the latter half of this year.
