Foundation Permit Applications Filed for 375 Unit Silver Spring Project
A permit application valued at $1.2M has been filed to begin work on the foundation for the upcoming mixed-use project at 8787 Georgia Ave. in Silver Spring. Plans call for two, 7 story buildings to be connected by a bridge with 375 residential units and around 32,000 square feet of commercial space. Construction is expected to last through Fall 2023.
