Four-Story Multifamily Under Review in Old Town
Plans are under review for a 4-story multifamily to replace the office building at 301 North Fairfax in Old Town Alexandria. The new building would include nearly 50 residential units, a mix of 1 through 3 bedrooms with 67 parking spaces. The project would also offer rooftop terraces for residents.
