Framing Progressing on Second Laurent Building in Cambridge
Framing is progressing on the second multifamily building at The Laurent in Cambridge's Alewife neighborhood. The project will feature more than 500 residential units at 55 Wheeler Street and will feature on-site amenities including two on-grade courtyards, one of which would feature a pool deck and a third elevated courtyard as well as 448 garaged parking spaces.
