Groundwork Underway For 341-Residential Unit Development In Miami Gardens
Crews have been busy with the groundwork construction for the residential project planned for 20775 NW 17th Ave in Miami Gardens, FL. The latest updates have shown crews about to come out of groundwork, prepping for foundation work.
The 341 units will be spread across eleven 4-story buildings with amenities to include a clubhouse, a fitness center, a game room, a pool, a playground, a meditation garden, a metaverse room, and a co-working lounge. Stay tuned for more construction progress on this project.
