Interior Finishing Underway for The Boathouse
Interior finishing is underway for The Boathouse development in Foggy Bottom. Leasing has also started for the luxury project, with studios starting at around $2500 per month, 1 beds at $2700, and 2 beds around $3000. Units feature quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and serene views of the Potomac. Residents will also have access to a suite of building amenities including a rooftop lounge and pool deck and on-site restaurant. Construction is expected to be complete in the coming months.
