Leasing Begins at Packard Crossing in Brighton
Tactical Realty Group has begun ground-floor retail leasing at 45 Brighton Avenue in Boston's Brighton neighborhood. Named "Packard Crossing", the new building will feature 76 residential units and 3,050 square feet of ground-floor retail over a below-grade parking garage containing 175 spaces.
