Luxury Apartment Project Rises in Kips Bay

Developer and general contractor, , is currently forming the concrete superstructure of a 12-story residential development, going up at 429 2nd Avenue in Manhattan's Kips Bay neighborhood.

Dubbed "Hendrix House", the building will offer high-end rental apartments, with common spaces designed by Paris Forino.

Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center with a steam room and a sauna, a roof deck with a garden, and a coworking area, with conference and media rooms.

Designed by DXA Studio with Morali Architects serving as the architect of record, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The new building replaces a 3-story commercial structure. The project is expected to complete sometime in 2025.
