Mixed-Use Tower Proposed in Midtown Miami
Developers Terra and Lion Development Group have submitted plans for a 48-story mixed-use tower in Midtown Miami that will offer 400 condominium units along with 27,658 square feet of retail space and 498 parking spaces. The development will be reviewed by the Miami Urban Development Review Board at the May 15 meeting. The residential units will range from 868 to 2,200 square feet with a 14,471-square-foot penthouse on the top of the building. Community amenities will include gardens, and a pool deck with an outdoor amphitheater. The location at the intersection of Midtown Miami and the Miami Design District is in close proximity to multiple shopping cultural, and dining options, and is a short distance from Miami Beach.
