NEMA Boston Facade Nearing Completion
Construction is fast progressing for NEMA Boston, at 399 Congress Street in the Seaport. Window and facade install is nearly complete, showcasing the mix of textures that will cover the 21 story tower. The development will include 414 units, 63 of which will be designated as affordable. NEMA Boston will offer an array of resident amenities housed on the building's top floor.
NEMA Boston is expected to welcome its first residents this fall.
