New Rendering Unveiled for 200 East 20th Street

An updated rendering has been released for a 19-story residential tower, set to rise at 200 East 20th Street in Manhattan's Gramercy Park neighborhood. On top of this news, BHI recently issued an $80 million loan to the project's developer, , which will be used to fund all construction costs from start to finish.

The new depiction (shown above) differs from the old one (below) in that it swaps the black exterior cladding for a copper trim, and highlights the fact that there will be more rounded corners, with curved glass windows. The building will feature condo units. It will offer only one unit per story on the 17th, 18th, and 19th floors, with the penthouse boasting a private outdoor terrace.

Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a children's playroom, a bicycle storage area, and a pet spa. The structure will also have square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor.

Designed by , 200 East 20th Street will stand feet tall and total square feet. General contractor, , is handling construction efforts and work is currently in the foundation stage. The project is scheduled to complete by June 11th of 2024.
