New Renderings for 12-Story Mixed-Use Addition on Lower East Side

New renderings have been released for a 16-story, mixed-use building, set to rise at 75 Essex Street on Manhattan's Lower East Side.

Developed by , the project involves constructing a 12-story addition on top of an existing, 4-story building. The resulting structure will contain residential units and square feet of commercial space.

Designed by StudiosC Architecture, with RISE Architecture serving as the architect of record, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet.

As this is a vertical expansion project, structural demolition will not be required, however, the existing building will likely receive extensive interior renovations.
