North Jersey Warehouse Project Begins to Wrap Up

General contractor, , has almost finished the build process for a major industrial warehouse project, going up at 1098 US-46 in Ridgefield, New Jersey.

At this time, the building has been painted, greenery has been planted, and all the parking lots and truck courts have been paved. The facility still requires some final touches, mostly on the interior, but overall, the property looks just about ready for operation.

Developed by , the Class-A facility will be known as the "Ridgefield Logistics Center" and is designed to accommodate large distribution operations. Set to total square feet, the building will feature 325,421 square feet of warehousing space, 65 loading dock doors, 3-drive-in doors, and  square feet of mezzanine office space.

In addition, there will be 56-trailer parking spaces, 40-foot ceiling clearance heights, 3,000 Amp power, ESFR fire sprinkler systems, and 183 employee parking spaces.

Positioned about a mile from the New Jersey Turnpike, and 2 miles from Interstate 80, the Ridgefield Logistics Center will benefit from a prime location, which makes it highly desirable for large-scale shipping and receiving operations. Construction is expected to finish within the next few months, and leasing has already commenced and is being handled by CBRE.
