NPC Filed for The Cosmopolitan
A notice of project change has been filed for The Cosmpolitan in the South End. The project change requests the 63 units within the revamped historic building now be offered as condos instead of rentals per the approved plans. As part of the NPC, the development team has also As part of this change, the proponent has secured an additional five parking spaces in the adjacent James Court garage to bring the total number of parking spaces to 45; 25 owned [eventually by the condominium unit owners] and 20 leased long term for use by condominium owners on a rental basis.
