JBG Smith has sold the office property at 2115 Wisconsin Ave. for $91.5M. The 180,000 square foot property is located just above Georgetown, just two blocks south of Whole Foods and two blocks north of the Georgetown Safeway. Current tenants include several departments of Georgetown University and MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.
