Passaic Warehouse Trades for $52M
A 2-story, Class-B industrial warehouse, located at 153 Linden Street in Passaic, New Jersey, has just been sold for $52 million. The structure was acquired by Thor Equities from the previous owner, Waitex, in a deal brokered by Lee & Associates.
Originally built in 1930, it has received several extensions and capital improvements over the years. Sitting on 10.7 acres of land, it totals 330,000 square feet.
The sprawling facility features 26 roll-up doors, most of which are loading docks, as well as 16 and 27-foot interior ceiling clearances. There are also many parking spots for semi trucks, dotted around the property.
The building is quite desirable for its location as it sits just a few miles from Route 21 and within 13 miles of Newark Liberty International Airport.
