Permit Pulled for Renovations of Algonquin Club
After purchasing the historic building in December 2018 for $17.5M, Hexagon Properties has now pulled a permit for interior and exterior renovations to the Algonquin Club. The building located at 217 Commonwealth Avenue in the Back Bay will remain a private club but extensive renovations including a new fitness facility will modernize the space in hopes of bringing in more diverse and multigenerational members.
