Permits Filed for 14-Story Mixed-Use Project in Mount Eden
Building permits have just been filed for a 14-story, mixed-use development, at 1320 Inwood Avenue in the Bronx's Mount Eden neighborhood. Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments and 51,080 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar level and a small, enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, single-story commercial building, will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
