Permits Filed for 6-Story Mixed-Use Project in East Williamsburg
Building permits have just been filed for a 6-story, mixed-use development, at 402 Manhattan Avenue in Brooklyn's East Williamsburg neighborhood. Developed by , the building will contain condo units and 1,090 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar level, a rear yard, and an open parking area, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, low-rise building, will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
