Permits Filed for 7-Story Hotel in Castle Hill
Building permits have just been filed for a 7-story hotel development at 2070 Chatterton Avenue in the Bronx's Castle Hill neighborhood. Developed by , it would have 65 guest rooms. Plans also call for a cellar level and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for 98 vehicles.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. Most of the lot is currently a parking lot, so it's unknown if the existing 1-story building would be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
